Consent to receiving the newsletter

In accordance with the Regulation (EC) No 679/2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council  on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, I hereby give my express and free consent to the processing, collection and retention of personal  data by the data administrator, Czech technical university in Prague, for the purpose of receiving  the CTU InQbay newsletter.

The processing of personal data is done by the administrator, the  personal data can, however, also be processed by other  processors and providers of software solutions, that the administrator is currently working with or will be working with in the  future. I consent to the processing and storage of personal data for a period of 5 years.

• Last name
• First name
• Email address

I understand that under GDPR my rights are the following:

• the right of access to my personal data
• the right of erasure (the right to be forgotten)
• the right to rectification
• the right to restriction of processing
• the right to data portability
• the right to object

I understand that if I find out that my personal or sensitive data is being handled in a manner that is contrary to the protection of my private and personal life or is unlawful, especially if the data is inaccurate given the purpose of its processing, I have a right to ask the administrator or the processor for an explanation and rectification of the situation. I can also contact the supervisory authority which is the Office for Personal Data Protection. I can withdraw my consent at any time.
